If you are a medical doctor and interested in registering on Triumpharma’s Investigator Database, we would ask you to complete some basic contact information on the form below. This initial contact information is not held on any database by Triumpharma but will enable us to contact you and arrange for you to sign our Investigator Data Protection Agreement. Once you have signed the Agreement Triumpharma will request you to provide additional personal data which will then be held in Triumpharma’s Investigator Database. This will enable us to contact you in the future if we are managing any clinical trials in your specific areas of expertise.
